Examine how water can be purified in space – and try purifying water yourself! Can one create clouds on ones own? At Umevatoriet you may enter the magical world of the stars! Build a boat and challenge your friend at a race in our water canal!

Thanks to an artificial starry sky we can explore stars and planets and focus on constellations from various cultures. Using the solar telescope, in sunny weather, it’s possible to study the sun, looking for solar stains and solar eruptions. Welcome to the science centre Umevatoriet!

Children and youth up to 18 years: 50 SEK
Students and pensioners: 50 SEK
Adults: 100 SEK
Each child may bring one adult for free.
